In the realm where valour thrives,
amidst battles and fierce drives,
we seek triumph, so bold and brave,
but is it mere victory we truly crave?
For deep within our souls resides,
an insatiable longing that abides,
the yearning for a taste of eternity,
a glimpse of immortal serenity.
Life, a battlefield in its own right,
each moment, a skirmish, a fight,
in classrooms, where wisdom’s taught,
small battles, in battles, we’re caught.
From dawn’s first light to twilight’s fall,
In love and loss, we heed the call,
striving, struggling, to find our place,
In the tapestry of the human race.
For every victory, no matter how small,
we feel the fleeting touch of a higher call,
as if through conquest, we glimpse the divine,
a fleeting taste of life’s grand design.
Yet victory alone cannot bestow,
the immortality we seek to know,
for time erodes all earthly fame,
and whispers gently each life’s name.
Let us fight, not for fleeting acclaim,
but for the legacy we carve, our name,
In hearts and minds, let love resound,
a victory true, that will forever astound.
In battles fought on every plane,
in classrooms where we face pain,
let us embrace the lessons found,
for in life’s battles, true wisdom’s crowned.
